High Ridge Hideaway

Space was large and worked beautifully for our group of four families. Garage playroom could use a cleaning. Otherwise no quibbles.

The house easily and comfortably handled our large group of 15. The dining room table was an amazing space for meals and the kids to play. Having 2 refrigerators was very helpful to keep groceries for such a lard crowd. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There were sufficient towels for all the bathrooms and the pool. The pool was the highlight for our group and all the umbrellas were appreciated so we had shady spots to cool off. The neighbors were accommodating and friendly. I have no reservations about recommending this home to other families for a getaway.

Everyone loves the hot tub and pool. The back yard is fantastic. Kids love the outdoor seating with the TV, wrapped in towels eating lunch and watching Bluey. They said that was a vacation. The house is plenty big enough for all nine of us, very spacious. Lot of local restaurants. If we are ever back in Charlotte we’ll definitely stay at this home.

The house was perfect for our family get together for the 4th of July! Really appreciate how clean and well kept the entire house was. The layout and pictures were exactly as expected. It was in a very nice neighborhood location, and close to shopping centers. We had enough rooms and bathrooms for all, and it was very well spaced out. We enjoyed using both the kitchen nook and the separate dining room (and the extra fridge in the attached garage). It was very hot while we were there, so it was great that the separate garage (play area) was closed and had air conditioning so the kids could play ping pong, watch tv, etc. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well, but the water temperature was overly warm just due to the weather. Would definitely stay here again with a group this size.

A wonderful property for a large family! This house is in a beautiful neighborhood with Publix, shops, and restaurants right down the road. We spent a lot of time enjoying the awesome pool & hot tub! We enjoyed seeing deer in the front yard early in the morning & the bedrooms were all very comfortable!
